Pavel
Before he co-founded NEVEQ, Pavel worked at Microsoft in Redmond and at Deutsche Bank in London as an investment banker focusing on aerospace and defence technology clients. He was subsequently appointed to launch the bank's operation in Bulgaria in 2005, and he served as chief country officer until 2007, after a total of eight years with Deutsche. At NEVEQ, Pavel is focused on enterprise software and mobile. He is a Trustee at the American University in Bulgaria and helped Intel start and grow its NovaTech entrepreneurship competitions across Eastern Europe, Israel and Turkey. Pavel did his undergraduate degree in finance with honors at Northeastern University in Boston, and speaks five languages.

Konstantin
Konstantin is a serial entrepreneur and an angel investor. Before he co-founded NEVEQ, Konstantin started and sold three software companies and launched a major systems integration company, active in the telecom and energy markets in Bulgaria. His most successful venture was Orbitel, where he was a lead investor and CEO until he sold the company to Deutsche Telecom in 2006. He subsequently started an angel investment network in Bulgaria. Konstantin has an engineering degree and an international relations degree. At NEVEQ, he is focused on new search technologies, digital media and telecom infrastructure and he serves the boards of four NEVEQ portfolio companies.

Steve
Steve Keil is a co-founder of Xentio, a startup company providing products and solutions for Business Intelligence using Hadoop and big-data engines. Prior to Xentio, Steve was the CEO of Sciant - Bulgaria's largest software application development company. Steve grew Sciant to over 300 people and opened offices in Vietnam before successfully leading the sale of Sciant to VMware (VMW) in late 2007. Before Sciant, Steve worked in Australia as the general manager of consulting at BMCMedia, which was Asia Pacific's largest online advertising agency. He is a teacher at Sofia University and an active public speaker in the region, with one of his speeches being featured on TED.com. Steve did his undergraduate in Psychology at University of Arizona, and his MBA with distinction at Southern Cross University, Australia.

Deven
Deven was a venture capitalist at Highland Capital Partners, where he focused on Internet investments in social media and e-commerce. Before Highland, Deven was with Goldman Sachs’ private equity business and held various operating roles at NexTag (the leading Internet comparison shopping platform). He started his career as a mergers & acquisitions investment banker at Lazard. Deven earned a degree in finance from UC Berkeley.

Мarin
Marin graduated from the American University in Bulgaria and started his career in finance in Boston, where he got experience in investment analysis and portfolio management with Scudder and Deutsche Asset Management. After returning to Bulgaria he joined EPIC, a regional corporate finance firm active in M&A and capital raising. He subsequently joined Rosslyn Capital Partners in Sofia where he was responsible for a private equity portfolio in telecom, information technology, cleantech. He is a board member of software and telecom services companies.

Petar
Peter has a software engineering and mathematics background and a degree in Informatics from Sofia University. He is an experienced enterprise software and web technologies engineer. Prior to NEVEQ, he worked with Konstantin, a NEVEQ partner, at Orbitel, was a CTO at Reality Invent, a French/Bulgarian digital signage company and held a position with a research institute at the Bulgarian Academy of Science. At NEVEQ, he is focused on semantics, digital media and financial technology and is a board member of a data center company.

Stefan
Stefan began his career at InvestBulgaria Agency, a development government body responsible for origination, structuring and investment support of greenfield businesses. He later joined a corporate finance firm as partner to support a growing number of multinationals acquiring local Bulgarian companies and help local firms raise capital. He holds an Executive MBA from the American Univesity in Bulgaria and a Masters’ Degree in International Busines from the University of National and World economy in Sofia. At NEVEQ, he is focused on search technologies.

Olga
Olga is the general counsel for Neveq and some of its portfolio companies. Prior to joining NEVEQ, Olga was an associate at the London office of Hogan & Lovells, focusing on the mergers and acquisitions practice. Olga has started her career at one of Bulgaria’s largest law firms, advising primarily international clients on some of the most scalable privatisation and acquisitions transactions in Bulgaria, as well as intellectual property matters. Olga holds a Master of Law degree from Sofia University and an LL.M. from Stanford University. She is admitted to the NY Bar and has a license to practice in Bulgaria.

Dessislava
Dessi is NEVEQ’s in house legal counsel since 2007. Prior to NEVEQ, she worked at leading local law firms, specializing in commercial law and intellectual property. She began her career as a lawyer at the Ministry of Defence and later worked in InvestBulgaria Agency as a head of the legal department, where she co-authored the national investment incentives law. Dessi holds a Masters’ degree in Law from Sofia University and attended the Enterprise and Investment Lawyers course of IDLO in Rome.

Gergana
Prior to joining NEVEQ Gergana worked for a Property management company for five years as Business Development Manager. She has a degree in Business Administration from Sofia University, Bulgaria.
